Acceptable Room, but Heating Issues
faulty heating free-standing radiator
The location was convenient for accessing nearby amenities.
The room was uncomfortably cold upon arrival. It had two free-standing radiators, but the main air heating system was not working, disappointing. I mentioned this at check-out. I was told they could have moved me if I reported it earlier.

faulty tv low bed
the location worked for what i needed.
The tv kept losing network connection. the hand wash dispenser in the bathroom was also difficult to use. plus, the bed sat way too low to the floor. I seemed like i was sleeping on the ground.

the room was very clean. the preparation of the room was excellent. the bed was quiet and comfortable.
the lifts were very dark. the air conditioning did not work. they gave me a fan, though.
