Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel was small but very clean, with good shower facilities. However, the room lacked space for clothes storage which could be problematic for longer stays. The service was polite and friendly, though some staff seemed inexperienced. The location was perfect for our needs, close to the train station and event venue. The dining experience was mixed, with limited options and cold food. The wet room was a standout feature for disabled guests.
The hotel rooms were clean, tidy, and comfy; however, the keys did not work properly. It was poor quality, and the rate was £10 per night more than the standard. The service was friendly and quick but seemed under pressure. The location is quiet and a bonus for avoiding traffic noise. The dining was fantastic with a good selection, although some options could be improved for vegetarians. The facilities need proper maintenance.
